A las 20.30 hrs., cada país apagó sus luces durante una hora en un acto simbólico que busca generar conciencia sobre el consumo de energía y el cambio climático.




A las 20.30 hrs., todos los países del mundo vivieron la "Hora del Planeta", en el que tanto las personas comunes y corrientes como instituciones, gobiernos y las estructuras más representativas del mundo se comprometen a apagar sus luces durante una hora para generar conciencia sobre el consumo de electricidad y el cambio climático.

Con la causa se comprometieron la Casa de la Ópera de Australia, la Torre de Tokyo
