Black Panther y Avengers: Infinity War están en las listas semifinalistas para varias nominaciones de los Premios Oscar

Habitualmente, las películas de superhéroes generalmente solo son reconocidas en categorías técnicas en los Premios Oscar, especialmente en lo que concierne a mejores efectos visuales.

Para la edición del próximo año, la Academia informó que al menos por ahora hay una película que también podría ir en las categorías musicales.

Se trata de Black Panther, la primera película estrenada por Marvel Studios para este año y que es una de las semifinalistas en las categorías de mejor música original, a cargo de  Ludwig Göransson, y mejor canción original, por "All the Stars" de Kendrick Lamar y SZA.

Además, Black Panther está en la lista corta de las categorías de mejores efectos visuales y mejor maquillaje y peluquería. Por su parte, Avengers: Infinity War también es semifinalista en música original y en efectos visuales.
